Chinese Crested ate too much large dog food

I just found my chinese crested finishing off a large bowl of food I have in the kennel for my 80-90 lb. grayhounds. He seems ok, but his stomach seems very tight. Should I take him to the Emergency Vet?

Gosh I just got this question- it is hard to answer these right after you send them so I hope that your dog is okay. You can always make them vomit if they are too full by giving them peroxide.

This can be a very serious situation. Please let me know if he is okay.
