cat doesnt eat

hello!Ms Charlotte
i have a cat that dont have the appetite to eat, i just noticed it today and she poops a waterlike and thick thing and it looks  like she's vomiting saliva and then she is just lying around the house all day i dont know what to do to help her..i've been feeding her a milk(warm),a tablespoon of rice with a chicken broth and century tuna(canned tuna fish with oil).. there's 3 of them and they share a table spoon of rice with broth once a day.. I dont know their age because someone just left the 3 of them in front of our house and they're still small  as big as a palm.

Have your cat examined by a veterinarian as soon as possible.  The kitty will not get better without medical help especially if it is a young cat.  Unfortunately, I cannot offer help because I have not performed a physical exam on your cat.
