my dog has what looks like her insides hanging out of her vagina it started when she got her period and it gets bigger and bigger and its bleeding

She might have a prolapsed vagina or cervix. She needs to see a vet right away so call one tomorrow and get her in. She may just have a swollen vulva itself but without a photo I don't know.

Call the vet tomorrow. She may need surgery to correct this. You should get her spayed as well so this does not reoccur.
