Dogs mouth watering and very cold runny nose

Question
Both of my pit-bulls ate some grass in a park earlier today(around five p.m. pacific coast time, and now my smaller one(midnight pacific standard time) has a very cold runny nose and the sides of her mouth are constantly wet, she is not drooling per say, but her mouth is very wet. She ate dinner upon arriving home and has had water. She does not seems to be in pain, is active we were just throwing the ball outside to get her some fresh air. I do not have an emergency vet so I will have to drive her forty-five minutes to the nearest emergency vet so I thought I would ask here first.

Answer
Eating grass is not an emergency Meredith. She might have eaten some grass with urine on it that is making her drool from the taste/smell but it won't make her sick.

I would just keep an eye on her and if she is sick on Monday take her to a regular vet.
She should be fine.
