guinea pig(sow)

Question
I want to know about my guinea sow. She is pregnant and she urinate white water, I am very afraid of this.Is she ill?
And i also want to know that she eat too much and continuously, is it cause problem?

I can tell you that she will eat a lot being pregnant and that it shouldn't be a problem. She is feeding a lot of babies in there!
