Cat vomiting

I have two cats one just turned a year old (Sakeena) the other is about 8 months (Mujahid). Anyways I am not sure which one is vomiting but it has been twice in two days. The first time was a small amount and the second time was quiet a bit more. They are both indoor cats and flea free. There has been no food change in the past 2 months and the vomiting has just began to occur. What could be the possible cause and how would i know which cat it is seeing that it only occurs after they eat, and they both seem to be okay?

If it is right after they eat they are regurgitating, not vomiting. Since you cannot tell which cat it is you should to have a vet look them over. Usually it's a change in food, which you said hasn't happened, that will cause this, or a food that is irritating the digestive tract.

Grocery store foods are not consistent in composition and so they can cause irritation of the stomach, etc. It usually takes a month or two for a cat to develop a food intolerance.

Also check your house for house plants that have been chewed on. That is the second most common cause of vomiting in cats.

If you cannot find anything, you should look at the food you are feeding and get some bland food such as I/D at the vets and do a trial run with it for both cats. That way you can determine if it's a food intolerance.
