He is not real active dont seem to have an appetite  his gums really white his balance isn't to good either what do I need to do

You need to get him into a vet as soon as you can. White gums are a very bad sign.
He could be full of worms, hooks, rounds, whips, that are taking all his blood and making him anemic and lethargic.

He could be coming down with parvo virus.

In either case he needs a vet ASAP or he isn't going to make it.
