My dog is having a problem with his skin

Hi, I'm concerned about my dog's health, he passed through a surgery and the recovery was doing well, but one week later he started to scratch himself all over his belly and i saw some red plots, i don't know what to do, please give me a light, thank you

Some dogs after surgery will have a reaction on the skin.  It could be an infection or it could be irritation form disinfectants or soaps left on the skin from prepping for surgery.  Have the vet that operated on your dog look at it to see what it is and what can be done.
