My puppy 50 day's old and green pus in skin some place i worry about it please say what disease.

This is likely a bacterial infection in the skin which is very common in puppies.  Sometimes they can resolve these infections if their immune system is working.  Just keep it clean with soap and water.  Other puppies require antibiotics to help the infection.  There is a reason for this and a veterinarian may be able to look at the puppy and determine the cause.
