nitrate and ammonia should be as low as possible.  If you have ammonia, then you really should be looking at your system to determine why before you lose fish and corals..

salinity is supposed to be 1.026  this is an average of the many reefs around the world..
Temperature should be between 77-81
pH=8-8.4
