Upgrading 20gal SaltWater to 45gal:

Question
I have a 20 gal tank for 5 months doing great but I can't stop purchasing new things so I decided to upgrade.  Initially I have 20lbs or so live rock, 20lbs live sand, two clarki clowns, 1 scooter blennny, 1 bi-colored blenny, 1 porcelain crab, 1 emerald crab, 1 peppermint shrimp, 3 hermit crabs, 3 turbo snails, 1 lettuce nudibrach, 1 cleaner clam, 1 bubble tip anemone along with several mushrooms and polyps.  I have a whisper 20 bio-filter, 900 powerhead, 40watt 50/50 light, and a visijet protein skimmer.

SO now I purchased 30lbs live sand 10 more lbs live rock, a Emperor 280 Bio-filter, and for lighting K2 Viper HQI clamp-on 150 watt lamp.  I transferred 10 gallons from my old tank along with a few pieces of rock and a little sand.  This is what I have in the new tank I've had it running for 24hrs now and I'm wondering what, when and how I should transfer my livestock from one tank to another.  Do I have to wait a month and cycle the tank and then begin?  I am especially worried about the anemone I know unfortunately by experience that you shouldn't keep one in a new tank.
One last question a main reason for my upgrade is because my female clown is crazy she is such a bully she chases her tank member around all day and forcing them into corners and holes even her mate.  When I feed them I have to chase her around so everyone else can eat. I got the anemone for the chance that it would somewhat contain her and she would stop thinking that the entire tank was just for her but it seems to have gotten worse.  Is there hope or should I look into trading her in?

Thanks

Answer
THE 45 GAL WILL GIVE MORE ROOM TO THE LIVESTOCK BUT YOU ARE RIGHT - YOU SHOULD CYCLE THE TANK BEFORE STOCKING. USING ALREADY CURED ROCK AND SAND AND WATER FROM YOUR PRESENT TANK SHOULD MAKE THE TRANSITION GO SMOOTHLY. i WOULD PREMIX AND HEAT AND AERATE 2, 5 GAL BUCKETS OF SALTWATER, AT THE SAME PH, AND SALINITY AS YOUR TANK WATER.
ALSO, JUST BEFORE THE LIGHTS GO OUT THE NEXT TIME REARRANGE THE TANK. WHEN THE FISH SEE DAYLIGHT THEY WILL BE IN DIFFERENT SURROUNDINGS AND IT MAY HAVE AN EFFECT ON THE BULLY CLOWN.
