moray eel

I have a snowflake eel, its not in a good condition. I think he ate a puffer fish. His throat is swollen. I tried pushing the thing that's choking him out. Some juice came out. Is he gonna die? Is there anything i can do about it?

If you can afford it, immediately bring your snowflake eel to a qualified veternarian who has extended his studies by including aquatic life as part of his practice. They are harder to find, but definitely out there.
