QuestionI have recently acquired two young southern flounders about and inch long, and i was wondering what i should feed them; would it be fine for me to just feed them brine shrimp, or is their mouth just too small?
Answerjust as a quick warning these guys grow massive, the female grows at roughly 3 times faster than the male to 12"-30"+. they are also aggressive feeders and need a supply of live foods which will prove expensive, they are also canibalistic so may end up eating eachother.
not a fish i would recomend to keep in a tank as they also need to migrate and spawn. as far as reeding goes it is best to get live brine shrimp and just put them in the tank.
