white bugs

Question
I have 150g salt water tank and I have live rock which is currently producing little white bugs all over the place. What can help reduce the effect of the bugs or Capods? I ask this because my tank looks a little cloudy vice how clear it use to be. Its not that bad just I want it to look alittle better. Thank you.

Can you please describe the 'bugs'???

Do they look 'shrimp like'?  if so, they are copepods, and they are good, both as an indicator that things are progressing well, and for food, as some of the fish and critters will eat those copepods.

If they arent copepods, or amphipods, then please describe them better or submit a picture for me to review.
