PLM LET ME NOW THE TECHNIQUE TO KEEP THE TEMPERATURE OF WATER BELOW 25C IN SUMMER .HERE THE SUMMER ROOM TEMP IS ARROUND 34C.

Hi goutam;

Keep the water well circulated. You can use an air pump with air stones to do this. The fish will need the extra oxygen anyway because warmer water carries less oxygen.

Also keep the aquarium lights turned off as much as possible. Even fluorescent lights put off some heat.

You might want to try using a lid on top that is more like a screen so the water can evaporate easier. The water will stay cooler this way. If you have a fan that can blow across the top of the water it will also cause the temperature to be a bit lower.
