Goldfish has gravel stuck in his mouth

I noticed today that my son's goldfish has a large piece of gravel stuck in his mouth and looks very distressed. Is there any way it can be removed? He is very listless and staying at the bottom of the tank.

The only way you could do this would be to catch him (you probably would need a smaller net for this) and remove the gravel by hand. Do this as soon as possible so that he can eat again. He is probably very stressed.
