my cat fish has what looks like i cut on his back with a fluffy thing coming out of it do you no what it is please.

Unfortunately your description is very brief and it is hard to say exactly what it is, however 'fluffy things' are usually a sign of fungus. If it is white and looks like cotton or cauliflower, then it is likely a fungus. You should treat your tank with an antifungal. I recommend Pimafix, which you should be able to find at your local fish store.
