Gestation and Some Other Questions

Hi!
I've got a few more questions!
1. How long is the gestation period for a molly?
My female gave birth about a week ago, and with two males constantly
after her shes already looking fat! When does she need to go into the
little breeding trap thing?
2. Is it normal for some fry to grow faster then others?
A few of my fry have almost doubled in size, and others are in the
middle, and my little malformed fry (who's swimming better by the day!)
is skinny and small, despite the food i keep sitting on the bottom.
3. Will my current fry eat my next batch, or is the size difference so
small that it wont matter? And what about some platy fry? Could they go
into the breeding tank too or would they get eaten bc they're so small?
