BIG BLACK Spots on my sailfin pelco fish almost looks like black and white blotches all over the body what is wrong with the do you know

I have a sailfin pleco who does the exact same thing from time to time and its usually an indication that he's not very happy. It happens immediately after water changes and if there are any spats/fights going on in the tank.

Unless his behaviour changes or his belly goes concave (which is a sign he's not getting enough to eat), you shouldn't be worried!
