bala shark probs.

QUESTION: I've got a problem with my bala sharks I'm pretty sure it is ick but incase i am wrong heres a description. they are starting to have white dots and are slowly moving through the water and that doesn't sound like a bala shark to me
ANSWER: It is Ich. Treat them immediately

QUESTION: now i got another problem the white spots are not going away and it is the last day of treatment

Answer
After a few days after the treatment, start it again but this time increase the air supply, add a little salt, and turn the temperature up in the tank (not past 84F). This will increase the speed of the ich lifecycle and possibly make it easier to treat.
