how do i get rid of all the little bubbles?

Answer
Hi Danyelle,
You'll have to do some detective work. It sounds like your filter may be causing the tiny bubbles. It could be that there may be an airtstone nearby the intake of the canister and the filter is siphoning this up and blowing it out again as fine bubbles. Also if you have recently done a water change, sometimes warm water coming out of the facet can had fine bubbles due to gases being released.
You can use an airstone  to help run out the extra bubbles.

Be sure and check your filter and see if an airstone might be too close to it. I wonder also if your canister might be leaking or sucking it air?

Also, don't worry about your pH. It's better to leave it where it is than to constantly subject your fish to flucuating pH levels all the time. Fish are for the most part adaptable and can thrive in a wide range of pH levels..Unless you are keeping a very delicate species.

I really hope you can get your bubble situation figured out!
Best of luck!
Karen~
