Saltwater vs Freshwater

Why can't we put saltwater fish into the freshwater? What cause them to death?

Thank you for your question. The short answer is "yes" the saltwater fish will die in a freshwater aquarium. There is a whole science to keeping a saltwater aquarium. It takes a high level of skill and experience. The fish are very pretty, but don't put them in a freshwater tank, because then you will have dead pretty saltwater fish.
