white stuff on my fish

hi! i have a 29 gal tank with 2 bala sharks, 2 rainbow sharks, and a redtail shark. I've noticed some white spots on the rainbow sharks for a few days and today its on the redtail and bala. I'm very new to this and curious as to what kind of infection is going on? petco said my water tested fine but i did not say anything about these spots at the time.

Hi Tony, it sounds like you have an ick outbreak. This can be very deadly if not treated. I would go to your local pet store and buy an ick remover(it says ick remover on the bottle or box you buy it in) they will usually recommend one there. You need to get this as soon as possible and treat them so you do not lose your fish. Hope all goes well good luck.
