number of fish in tank

i currently have a 28 gallon bow front tank.  i have a black moor, gourami, blood parot, and pleco.  i would like to add more fish if i could.  can i?  and what do you recommend?  i was thinking about zebra danios?

I'm sorry to tell you this but you're already poorly and over stocked.  Moores are coldwater fish while the others are tropical.  The pleco needs 75 gallons of water.  The blood parrot can become aggressive with age.  I would give the 25 gallon to your moore and add  1 more and get a 75 gallon for the others.  You could then add the zebras.
