sleeping goldfsh

Hello, I have a calico that loves to swim and dance through the tank,  she pogos in and out the plants, up & down, back & forth,fins flowing,around and round and upsidedown My bug eyed goldfish just watches, the thing is after a few hours of this Isadora gets tired and goes over to her favorite tree and takes a knapp. It's a large Y shaped tree and it backs down into it and it's fins hang down the sides. People stop by they think shes dead, I say no, no, no, and lift the lid and Isadoras danc'in again. I have never seen any thing like this, she has always done this, and is otherwise healthy, but it feels weird. I have had her about 4 months now. Thank you.

Hi Kathryn:  sounds like to me you have one of the happiest fish in the world... I would say there were issues if her behavior was not consistent... but after 4 months... just let her take her nap... and she will be fine... I don't see any issue with her behavior... good job! you have a happy fish.  dave
