rock?infesting mu tank

while cleaning my 10 gal. tank about 6 weeks ago i found these sesame sizd/shaped dark red rocks? all over the tank.when i exposed them to very hot water what was left was a clear gelatinous type of material. do you know what this is and how to get rid of them.
?i am cleaning my tank about every 2 weeks and they  are still there.

I'm honestly not sure about the weird dark red rocks. The best advice I can give is try increasing your maintenance schedule to about once a week instead of every 2 weeks. See if that helps. Make sure to gravel vacuum thoroughly everytime.
