Question
I just got some new fish filled the tank and turned the filter on now I have foam in it how do I get it out or clear that up?

Answer
Hi Mike,
Thank you for your quesetion. Foam could be considered normal. It will probably fizz down and won't hurt anything. If there is a lot, you can help by scooping it out with a net, a cup, or your hands.
To make sure you are doing everything correctly, please read (and print for future reference) my page on holistic aquarium care:

The main thing is to keep a strict diet (no overfeeding) and use Cycle, friendly bacteria, in the tank.
Write back if you want to discuss further.
