i have a 40 gallon tank with 5 small fish(1 inch) and a small water frog about a half inch we have had the tank for about 3 weeks but reacently 2 have died and now my frog has blister two near its left eye and one near his left leg they are white blister and at first they looked like he had a patch of skin missing but then i looked closer and they were large raisied bumps he usually floats near the bottom of the tank and comes up when feed but he has been floating at the top with his legs and arms spred he is eating like normal and the tank settings are all normal i dont know what is going on but he looks like he is hurting so i would love to help him asap thankyou

It could be a fungus or external parasite, which needs to be treated. You could go to your local store and get an all-in-one treatment and follow the directions exactly, make sure it is sade for amphibians. Also, make sure you have declorinated the water. I know this sounds like an unlikely occurance but many forget to do this and it results in deaths and blisters. However, if you are sure you have declorinated get a treatment as it is probably a fungus or external parasite. I hope this helps. Let me know if you need anything else.
