White spots on tail fin

Hi, I have three swordtail's, one catfish, and five neon tetras in my aquarium. Recently one of the swordtail has developed a few white spots and a yellow spot on its tail fin. It always hides at the bottom of the tank, but comes up for food. Do you have any idea what the problem might be?
