Question
I have a 10 gallon freshwater tank, filled with guppies and neon tetras, and one angel fish. Can I add my betta fish to the tank without having any problems?

Answer
You have enough problems with that angelfish already.

They should not be in tanks under 30 gallons. . . . I take it you have never seen a full grown angel fish? His dorsal fin will be sticking out of the water in a 10 gallon.

Also, do you happen to know what angelfish eat in the wild? A large part of their diet is neon tetras. They may not eat them now but a fully grown angelfish will pick off small neons like candy.

Can you find another home for the angel?

And no, you can not add a betta, they are individual fish, not community.
