rummy nose tetra

hello i recently bought some rummy nose tetras and one of them has a big white spot on it. can you tell me what it is.

Hi,
If there are many small flecks around it's fins or body it is white spot, but if it is just one it may be come sort of parasite. Without a picture or a very detailed description it is difficult to tell.

The best thing to do is do a 30 % water change with dechlorinated water.
