red tail black shark

Hi, I am just starting out in the aquarium hobby and have already done a ton of research. My question is, can I keep a red tail black shark in a 20 gal. with a few tiger barbs?. I checked the Internet, but everyone has a different opinion. Thanks a lot, Jack Barsody

Yes, the Red-tail shark should do great in the 20 gal with some tiger barbs... try to keep the tiger barbs in a group of say around 6 to keep down their aggressive tendencies. But otherwise your tank would make a very interesting display for sure!
