DRAGON FISH/VIOLET GOBY

Question
i am getting a dragon fish/ violet goby, i have a 40 gallon tank and i was told by zll the fish sites ive reaad and asked that it is big enough for it, i have a tropical style tank but its new and no fish have been in yet, im making it a brackish water tank, what fish are compatible with this one and can i get a blue crayfish, or any crabs? or are they not ablke to be in a brackish tank?

It's really tough to maintain other fishes with Dragon or Arowana Fish, the other fishes will be a great treat for them.
