QuestionI recently purchased a 10 gallon tank. Only experience I have is with a 55 gallon of African cichlids which I did well with. Yesterday I added 15 gallons of agronite sand as I was advised because I wanted to purchase two pea or figure 8 pufferfish. As I research Im finding this might not be a good idea. Can you tell me if its possible to keep these fish in a 10 gallon freshwater tank in small numbers (two to be exact) and if I have to make brackish how I do this.
AnswerHi Michelle,
Puffers are quite cool little fish...
However, I don't have much experience with puffers. I can only go by what I've read and experiences from other people. But here is some valuable info I found-
*Dwarf puffers*

*Figure-eight puffers*

This is an amazing article on puffers and everything about their needs and care, it should tell you all you need to know-

Best of luck and happy Pufferkeeping!!!
