Answer
Rose,

Although the types of fish are good to have together, the 2.5 gallon tank is way over populated. You frog alone needs 1 gallon of water. Each of the fish also needs 1 gallon of water to every inch in size it is. The tank cannot be high or deep  since he is not the greatest of swimmers and he needs to be able to got to the top to breathe. This will stress out your frog. So I think that is what is happening now. Your frog is sensitive to water vibrations, so I would remove the filter. As long as you do frequent water changes, you should be fine. I would consider either getting the frog his own tank, or getting a larger one that can house all your fish, with a lower water level. I think that once the water level is lowered for him, he will be just fine. He is eating the right kind of food but i would add some other foods such as, frozen of freeze dried brine shrimp, frozen or freeze dried blood worms. Even some live food would help him out too, but that would be any live bearing fry, and since you don't have them its ok. Its good to give them a variety of different foods.

I hope this has helped, and if you have any more questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
