worms and blue lobster heavy with eggs

Question
I have a blue lobster pair, and she is carrying a tail very heavy with eggs. I would like to know if these common worms, that I have read are from over feeding, will harm the eggs or the lobsters when they hatch? How can I get rid of them faster, without harming my blues?

Answer
Melissa,
I do not think they will harm them, but with her heavy with eggs, it will be hard to get rid of them. Do a good tank cleaning. If you have gravel, use a gravel vacuum to remove 25% of the water. What are you feeding them? If you are feeding them live fish, just add more. They will eat the worms that are in the tank. Let me know what you are feeding them.
