Question
Hi again my 5 albino tiger barbs seem to nip my 2 angelfish a more and more as time goes by do you think more tiger barbs will keep their attention away from the angelfish? if so wil the other color forms of tiger barbs school with the albinos? THANKS AGAIN!

Answer
Hi Joseph;

Usually more tiger barbs helps to distribute their hyperactivity and nippy attitudes. It depends on the size of the tank too. I wouldn't keep angels in anything smaller than a 55 gallon. They get too big and don't have enough room for their fins. That size will also allow the space needed by the barbs.

The regular tiger barbs may not school with the albinos if they have never been with them. In nature albinos never survive because they attract too much attention to the group by predators. You might just have to try it and see.
