fish parasites

My fish has parasites & we dont know how to get rid of it.
My first fish had it & died know the new fish that we got after him has it & we dont know how to get rid of it.

          please help us!!

What treatments have you tried already?

Tell me more about your tank and your fish also;

What kind of fish? How big are the fish?
What size tank?
How long has it been set up?
How often do you make water changes? How much water is replaced at a time?
What is the tank water temperature?
What kind of filter system? How often do you clean the filter?
