I Need Help ASAP!

  O my god one of my fish layed eggs! I have no idea how because I have 4 fish & their all different breeds!!! I only have a 10 gallon tank and I know thats not enough room for like 50 eggs! I know that the mom & other fish will eat them if I don't get the eggs out of there but thats about all I know! Im not sure if you can help with this but your the only person available! The most confusing part is how did my fish lay eggs? I've  had the same fish for months? CAN YOU PLEASSSSE HELP ME! :)

oh yeah 1 more question...are the eggs ok in there untill they hatch?

 What kind of fish do you have?  

 Many kinds of fish don't eat their eggs, they are in fact, excellent parents.

 If you don't have any males in there, a female can lay eggs but they just won't be fertilized so they won't ever hatch. Eventually they will degenerate (after about 3 days) and the female will eat them.

 If possible, consider sending me a photo to the address below and I can try and figure out what is going on.
