faintail gold fish

One of my goldfish has had a huge bump on it's side by it's gill and i have now noticed that one of my other fish has been getting a bump on its belly. So my question is, whats wrong with my fish?

Can you describe the bumps more in detail? are they typical oranda "air bubbles"? are they under the scales, such as Swim Bladder Disease? Are they white spots like ick? I'm not sure whats wrong, because I'm not sure what the lumps look like. Sorry =(
