QuestionI have inherited a fish tank which has various fish in in such as 2 angel fish, a parrot fish, tiger stripes and other varieties which I am unsure of. I had 3 angel fish but one has just died and now the next angel fish is going down the same route. It is being picked on by a fish which I do not know the name of - its fins are slowley being eaten away and have become red. This is exactly what happened to the last one. Every other fish in the tank seems fine & healthy. My tank is about 30 gallons.
AnswerI think it might be the fact that you have quite a few fish in your aquarium. You should'nt realy have that many fish in a 30gallon tank because the bigger fish tend to get aggressive. I'd suggest either getting something like a 50gal or maybie a 60gal. If you can't afford or don't want a larger tank then I would suggest putting some of the larger fish seperte from the smaller ones or vise versa.
I hope I helped.
