Hi Chris my name is jenny and my beta fighting fish is dying but we don't
know why. we think he had or is having a stroke because hes only moving on
1 side and hes laying on 1 side but he can swim. i mean is that normal for
betas or is it some kind of a disease that hes having and if it is a disease
what kind of disease. write back

It sounds like his swim bladder has failed. It isn't usually fatal, it just looks very bad. Here is a link to information about it, including treatment options;
