chocolate cichlids

Question
I have a pair of chocolates they are around 6 years old. One of them being the female has started laying on its side in an arc shape could you give me any idea as to if it is sick or just ready to die please ? The are in a 6ft tank kept well .

Hi Robert,
 Sadly I find that when fish start doing the arc thing, they are on their way out.  I have never seen a fish recover from that.  Sorry.
