lumps on bets fish

I have a beta fish for about 4 months now. his tank is cleaned and he is fed daily. 2 days ago, I've noticed 2 lumps under the scales located around the stomach/abdominal area. please tell me what you think they could be, and how to  get rid of them. thank you.

  Hmm... can you describe the "lumps" in more detail please?   Are they possibly parasites stuck on the body?  Or, are they smooth lumps such that those scales are lifted up?  In the latter case, it could be a tumor.  Unfortunately there is nothing you can do about that.  

If they are parasites, then you can do something about that.
