Paralyzed Placo

I have a 13 inch placo in a 125 gallon tank with 3 iridescent sharks and an angel fish. He's been with them for about 6 months and seems happy, but now he seems paralyzed. He is curled up, breathing slowly and not sucking on tank walls. He's been this way for 2 days, but is still breathing. We put melafix in the tank, did a 30% water change, and added amonia chips to the filter. Levels seem normal. Any help would be great! Thanks so much.

I wish I could help but I don't think there is anything we can do. There are many possibilities including stroke, heart attack, kidney failure, embolism, cancer.... Without outward symptoms of a treatable disease, I just don't know. I'm so sorry, I wish I could do something for your fish...
