Sick gold fish!

Hi my goldfish is really sick i dont want him to die what do i do?

  What are the symptoms?  

  In general, the best thing you can do for a sick fish is to give it clean water, i.e., do a water change of about 25% of the water in the fish's tank.  Normally you should be changing 25% of the water in the tank once a week, every week, to keep your fish happy and healthy.
