Killifish

This is a ridiculous question, and I bet you'll have a tough time answering but I've reached the end of my patience and wits!

Where can I get Killifish?

I live in Reseda, Ca. and I work for an aquatics department in Petco. I can't order them through any of our vendors at work, and I seriously don't trust the ebay sellers that want cash, paypal, or money orders only. I checked craigslist, the AKA, and Aquabid and came up with similar results. Does no one breed killifish anymore??

Also, just to tax your brain a bit further, I've been doing research and information is limited on these fantastic little fish. I'd love some input as to care, life span, breeding, all the in's and out's of these fish so I will know what to expect. If you don't want to write a novel, perhaps just point me to a resource you trust that contains that info?

You should be able to find Killie fish at any of the local fish stores that are not a chain store such as Petco.  I have seen them at walmart but would not buy a fish there.  Look in the phone book for aquariums and I bet you will find what you are looking for... dave
