Question
we have little worms about quarter inch long floating around our water. We know its not Anchor worms. At first they were white but now there starting to turn a little pink and they seem to be multiplying. Do you know what they are? If so, treatment?

Answer
Its hard to tell from your description, a picture would be best if you can send it. However from what you said it sounds like mosquito larvae, when they first hatch they are white and as they age the get a red/pink color, now they cannot multiple without adult mosquitoes so this is probably not that case unless mosquitoes are common where you are. If it is mosquitoes then I suggest you have a more heavy flow into the tank (create a current that will sway the fish a little). If this is not the case I suggest that you Google it, which would be taking all the information you know such as the quarter inch and white to pink and adding even more detail, then search it, if nothing comes up take a word or so off until you get search results. Sorry I'm not much help, I never experienced this phenomenon before.
