beta other eye is going bad

my beta fish has only one eye left and now it seems this one is going bad . it is starting to bulge out like the other one did and now is having trouble seeing good enough to eat .. having been giving anti-botics but doesnot seem to help. change water often in gallon tank

Hi Tony,
Betta kept in one gallon bowls are very hard to cure.  The reason for this is they need at least 5 gallons of water, and a thermostat to keep their water warm.  They are tropical fish, and need 80 degree temperature.  Under this temperature a betta is cold, and will get stressed, and sick.  When heating tanks, we must do this very slowly, one degree every two days, as heating a tank too quickly would be deadly.  They also need a varied diet to stay healthy.
Try Maracyn, and Maracyn 2 combined.  This should help him.
I hope the little man pulls through, as I know how attached we are to our bettas.
