Question
My dalmation molly is floating around half dead and won't eat.he isnt even 30 days old in my 30gallon tank. i just did a pretty big water change and had 2 move him 2 a slightly smaller tank. i have 2 angelfish, but my other 2 mollies are fine.

Answer
Hi Benjamin,
Angel fish, and mollies do not mix.  The Angels need acidic water 6.5 to 7.0 and the mollies need alkaline water of 7.4 - 8.0.  The mollies also need more aquarium salt in their water.  When not given the right conditions, they do die in time.
Since your molly isn't eating, and other than floating has no other signs, I would treat him with Tetracyline which is a good antibiotic.
I hope he pulls through.
